Through targeted corrective exercises, core strengthening, pelvic floor activation, and balance & mobility work, I aim to support a more comfortable pregnancy, stronger delivery, and promote quicker postpartum recovery. This approach empowers you with functional movement skills and breathing techniques to foster a healthier pregnancy and a confident transition into motherhood.
Functional Strength Training
This approach focuses on building muscular strength, improving mobility, preventing injury, and enhancing your overall quality of life. Emphasizing practical, everyday movements, functional strength training helps you get the most out of your workouts and apply your newfound strength and form to daily life.
